作为控股公司负责采埃孚股份公司（ZF Friedrichshafen AG）在中国的投资业务，除代表德国总部行使管理职能外，也向采埃孚在中国的工厂提供市场、业务开发、人力资源、财务、信息技术、研发、供应链管理方面的服务和信息，同时也为采埃孚在亚太区的一些业务领域提供服务和信息。

As a holding company it is responsible for all investment activities of ZF Friedrichshafen AG in China. Besides the governance function as 'extended arm' of headquarters it also provides services and information on marketing, business development, human resource, finance, controlling, IT, R&D and SCM to operations in China, and in some areas also to Asia Pacific Region.
