Senior HR Specialist
"The primary role of this position is to handle staff related issues during relocation and staff recruitment under the leadership of HR Manager, responsibilities as below but not limited to:
1. Work with HRM and Division HRBP to prepare HR related policy to support relocation
2. Deal with labor relations and keep good communication with staff
3. Work out crisis management action plan related to employee cases and act with internal and external parties.
4. Support for new location's policies preparation
5. Staff recruitment
6. Other tasks as assigned"
1. Bachelor degree, major in HRM or labor law related field
2. HR related work experience about 10 years
3. Experience with plant shutt or relocation is preferred
4. Good English skill in writing and speaking
5. Good skills on trouble-shooting in employee relations
6. Work location in Jiaxing since 2021. Work from Suzhou in 2020.
